Your information

Privacy policy

This pre-launch notice explains the intended data model. It will be updated with the operator’s verified identity, jurisdiction, contact details, and final service providers before launch.

Information stored on your device

CineChannel may use browser storage for watch progress, history, saved titles, and preferences. In the first release, this information remains on the device unless an account-sync feature is explicitly introduced.

Information processed when you visit

Hosting infrastructure may process IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Retention periods will be documented once hosting is selected.

Third parties

Requests may be made to TMDB for catalogue information and to third-party embedded playback providers. Those providers process information under their own policies. We will list all production providers and links to their notices before launch.

Cookies and advertising

No advertising integration is active in this build. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and measure basic usage (such as how often playback starts); it is cookieless and does not track you across other sites. Non-essential advertising cookies will not be enabled without the required notice and consent controls.

Your choices and rights

You can clear local CineChannel data through your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing and to complain to a data-protection authority.

Changes

The effective date and change history will be displayed when this policy is finalized. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
